About The Position

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside general practitioners and other specialty clinicians to serve patients. You’ll support different aspects of the practice, including greeting and guiding patients and helping throughout the office as needed. The role is scheduled for 30 to 40 hours per week, with compensation of $23 to $25.

Requirements

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for assigned duties in the state of employment (such as RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or an equivalent credential as required by the state).
• Hold current CPR/BLS certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
• Help educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
• Improve oral health, solve dental challenges, and help better smiles.
