About The Position

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Licensed Dental Assistant to join its team in Eagan, Minnesota. The role is for a motivated, patient-focused dental professional who is passionate about exceptional patient care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative dental team. The schedule is Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays from 7 a.m. to noon. Compensation is $30–$34 per hour. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked.

Requirements

Meet state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for assigned duties in the state of employment, such as RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or an equivalent credential as required by the state.
Hold current CPR/BLS certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
Have knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.
