About The Position

Bright Now Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with a dentist. The position supports patient care and dental procedures while helping provide patients with the company’s core values of Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude. The stated schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Friday off.

Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant certification is required for hire.
• CPR or BLS certification is required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
