About The Position
Bright Now! Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with a dentist. The position supports patient care and clinical operations, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking X-rays, and educating patients about oral hygiene and aftercare. The schedule is Monday and Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m., and Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. The role is associated with the affiliated dental office listed on the company career site.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant certification.
- CPR or BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and helping ensure patient comfort.
- Take and develop X-rays as needed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist with front-office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
- Provide patients with the company's 3 G's: Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude.
