About The Position
Smile Brands is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with a dentist. The role supports patient care and dental procedures, maintains treatment rooms and instruments, and may assist with front office tasks. The schedule is Monday 10 a.m.–7 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday 7 a.m.–1 p.m. The position offers $27–$30 per hour. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked. Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant certification.
- CPR or BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and helping ensure patient comfort.
- Take and develop X-rays as needed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
