About The Position

The Manager, Demand Generation owns EnableComp’s demand generation engine, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline while creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns use. This is EnableComp’s first dedicated content hire, responsible for building a scalable content engine. The role translates the technical infrastructure maintained by the GTM Engineer and the positioning set by the Director, Product Marketing into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this individual contributor partners with Product Marketing, Commercial Enablement, Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, and the SDR function to coordinate the path from first touch to qualified pipeline. The role owns marketing-sourced pipeline targets, campaign performance, demand generation budget management, funnel content, and campaign optimization. It uses HubSpot within the lead-scoring and account-routing logic maintained by the GTM Engineer, and collaborates with that function on campaign automation and data needs rather than owning the underlying technology stack. Minimal travel is required (less than 20%), primarily for occasional team or company offsites.

  • Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow.
  • Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows in HubSpot, working within lead-scoring and account-routing logic maintained by the GTM Engineer.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements without owning the underlying tech stack, integrations, or scoring and routing architecture.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic or infrastructure issues to the GTM Engineer.
