•$110,000 - $125,000•Onsite

About The Position

Safety Mojo is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and operate a predictable, scalable pipeline engine in support of the company’s goal to triple growth next fiscal year. The role will develop the demand generation plan, manage the budget and channel mix, and own full-funnel performance reporting, including CAC, payback, conversion rates, pipeline, and win rates. The manager will report results monthly to the head of marketing and CRO and develop business cases for additional budget or headcount as growth targets require. The role translates existing messaging frameworks and persona message houses into ongoing and campaign-specific programs. It leads ABM and target-account strategy for construction and oil and gas accounts in partnership with Sales, oversees webinars, trade show and field-event support, and partner and co-marketing programs, and improves website conversion performance. It also owns lead lifecycle definitions, scoring and routing, funnel reviews with Sales leadership, and the quality of CRM and marketing automation data. Success in the first year includes a documented and repeatable demand generation engine mapped to the 3x pipeline target, reliable monthly forecasting, a live ABM program with measurable pipeline contribution, improved CAC and payback as spend scales, and a marketing team with clearer roles and goals. This is an exempt, salaried individual-contributor role based in-office at the Sandy HQ.
