Demand Generation Manager

Percepto•Austin, TX

About The Position

Percepto is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to build and operate the engine that fills its US pipeline. The role owns campaigns from planning through launch, measurement, optimization, and revenue impact. It is a hands-on position in a startup environment, with multiple priorities and frequent campaign launches. The manager will work with long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles, designing programs that engage entire buying committees at large energy and utility companies. The Demand Generation Manager will build quarterly plans with the CMO and sales leadership, run campaigns across customer segments and personas, manage program budgets, and support product launches such as Axion. The role also owns account-based marketing programs, marketing operations and data quality, funnel analytics and attribution, and the use of AI and automation to improve marketing and sales workflows. Success is measured by pipeline and revenue outcomes rather than lead volume. The position works directly with the CMO and executive team and has ownership, visibility, a budget, and freedom to test. Percepto describes its work as building an open, hardware-agnostic platform for autonomous operations used by operators of energy and critical infrastructure. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas, operates a Remote Operations Center in Palm Beach, Florida, and has offices in Houston and Midland.
