Demand Generation Manager

Everyday Speech

About The Position

The Demand Generation Manager will own Everyday Speech’s demand generation strategy and product-led content calendar, driving new contacts, product signups, webinar registrations, and pipeline contribution. The role determines channel investments and how content moves educators through the funnel, with product resources, lead magnets, and SEO pages serving as key ways educators discover and experience Everyday Speech. The manager owns website content and conversion paths, the webinar program, monthly content email calendar and distribution campaigns, paid promotion, and search—including SEO and AEO. The role also develops co-marketing partnerships and works with the clinical team to turn subject-matter expertise into trusted content. In collaboration with marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, the manager contributes to case studies, customer stories, account-based content, and enablement materials. They establish standards for brand voice, clinical accuracy, and AI-assisted work, and use performance data to test and improve demand generation. During the first three months, the manager will audit existing content and performance, build a six-month content plan with channel metrics, take over SEO/AEO projects and contractor relationships, relaunch webinars, establish clinical-team review workflows, learn the audience through educator conversations and team shadowing, and set a monthly reporting cadence. Over time, the manager will build a measurable demand engine, expand organic and AI-search visibility, grow webinars and educator partnerships, support district expansion, and document the case for scaling demand investment.
