Demand Generation Lead, US

Euromonitor•Chicago, IL
•Hybrid

About The Position

The US Demand Generation Lead drives revenue growth in Euromonitor’s US market, which the company describes as its biggest and most important market and the region where it expects the most growth. This is a hands-on, target-holding role accountable for leads and opportunities generated, pipeline created, and revenue closed. The role runs an always-on US demand generation programme, adapts global campaigns for the US market, and develops initiatives around regional opportunities. It works closely with local sales teams on hand-offs, pipeline reviews, forecasting, lead scoring, and qualification. The role also briefs and guides centralized marketing automation, CRM, and paid media teams rather than operating those platforms directly. Success means consistently meeting or exceeding US pipeline and closed-won revenue targets with local sales, achieving strong engagement and ROI from global campaigns adapted for the US, and making a measurable pipeline contribution through US-specific initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing.
  • All experience must be in B2B marketing; a B2C-only background is not suitable.
  • Personally held and delivered against a revenue target, rather than only a lead or activity target.
  • Comfort partnering closely with local sales teams on hand-offs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
  • Track record of tailoring national or global campaigns for a specific market with a clear focus on ROI.
  • Ability to brief and direct centralized marketing automation, CRM, and paid media specialists, without necessarily operating those platforms day to day.
