About The Position

Maze is hiring a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to execute core demand generation programs, including agency-managed paid campaigns, lifecycle email marketing, and events and webinars. The role manages spending against plan, tests new channels, and tracks how leads move through the funnel to improve lead volume and quality. It is a hands-on position focused on launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing programs. The manager owns the day-to-day relationship with the paid media agency, including campaign briefs, creative and targeting reviews, performance discussions, budget pacing, and testing. The role also develops segmented email nurture and behavior-based journeys in HubSpot, and plans and manages conference, webinar, and field-event promotion, logistics, follow-up, post-event processes, and lead routing. The position tracks Lead-to-MQL, Meeting, and Opportunity progression and reports results to marketing leadership. It works with RevOps and SDRs to identify and resolve lead-quality or routing issues. Maze describes itself as a global, remote Series B company with fewer than 150 team members.
