About The Position

Domino's is seeking a qualified delivery driver to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. In addition to delivery duties, team members may operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Delivery drivers may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The work involves customer and coworker communication, handling orders and payments, navigating delivery locations, and working in varied store and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, and to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including lifting supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and carrying products during delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers within a designated delivery area, including carrying products from the vehicle to the customer's door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate addresses and delivery sites, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and occasional stair or ladder navigation as required by store and delivery tasks.
