About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement to management or franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders and also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and occasionally sit to complete paperwork.
Lift and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
Perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Unload bulk deliveries using a hand truck and move ingredients and supplies to storage.
Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
