About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and potentially franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders while also performing general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, and occasionally navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage areas.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
