About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and personality. Team members help the company make, bake, or take pizzas during busy hours and may work part-time or full-time. The role offers potential opportunities to grow into management and other positions within the company.

The work involves serving customers and working independently or with others in a fast-paced setting while meeting quality standards. Team members may handle paperwork, stock ingredients, clean work areas, answer phones, assemble pizzas and boxes, and assist with deliveries of supplies. The job requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hand use, as well as occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.

The work environment includes exposure to varying weather during outside tasks, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, temperature changes, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Store temperatures may range from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some work areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and answer phones.
• Help make, bake, or take pizzas during busy operating hours.
• Perform repetitive tasks while meeting strict quality-control standards.
• Unload and stock product deliveries and supplies, including lifting and stacking cases.
• Carry ingredients and trays between work and storage areas.
• Move trays on dollies and occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for tasks such as changing signs or performing maintenance.
• Clean work areas and assist with stocking shelves.
• Use pizza-making tools, including a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
