About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to help serve customers and support store operations. The role includes receiving and processing orders by phone and in person, preparing products, handling ingredients and supplies, completing inventory and paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for advancement into management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing occasionally, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous use of hands.
• Ability to work in conditions involving variable temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries and move, carry, and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other store tasks, including cleaning and occasional maintenance activities.
