About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including progression into management. Drivers may also perform general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Delivery work involves driving to customer locations, carrying orders to the door, and distributing flyers and door hangers. Drivers must be able to navigate to addresses and handle delivery sites that may include private homes, adverse terrain, and multi-story buildings. The position also involves physical store and delivery tasks, including lifting and carrying supplies, using equipment, and working in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers by phone and in person.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must have motor coordination and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to meet the stated physical demands, including carrying delivery items and navigating stairs; deliveries may require climbing five or more flights.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using maps and handle delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Complete on-the-job orientation and training.
