About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for advancement into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately, and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to meet the listed physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
Have far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including at multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Work with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
