About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products safely and efficiently within a designated delivery area. Drivers use their own vehicles and receive mileage reimbursement intended to cover fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties described, including driving, walking, carrying, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely within the designated delivery area using a personal vehicle.
• Use safe driving practices and make multiple deliveries during a shift as needed.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the vehicle and customers’ locations, including navigating stairs and other terrain.
• Use navigational skills to read and follow maps and locate addresses.
• Follow directives and quality-control standards while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform repetitive tasks and work independently and with others, including under stress.
• Complete relevant in-store tasks, which may include bending, reaching, stocking, cleaning, handling ingredients, and using pizza-making tools.
