About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated area using their own vehicles. Drivers typically average over $20 per hour from wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Mileage reimbursement is adjustable to help cover fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Drivers can choose their schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time shifts available. The role uses delivery technology and offers opportunities for advancement to positions such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

This position involves delivering orders, providing excellent customer service, and working both independently and with others. The work may also include distributing flyers or door hangers and performing in-store tasks. Drivers must use safe driving practices and be able to navigate the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to perform the physical activities described, including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.
• Must have the vision and hearing abilities needed for telephone use, in-store tasks, and driving, including far and night vision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely within the designated delivery area.
• Use safe driving practices and make several deliveries per shift as needed.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations, including navigating stairs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Read and follow maps, navigate effectively, and locate delivery addresses.
• Distribute flyers or door hangers when required.
• Perform in-store tasks such as assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients, cleaning, and answering phones.
