About The Position

Delivery Experts deliver Domino’s products safely to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers use their own vehicles and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement for fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Drivers typically average over $20 per hour including wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Schedules are flexible, with short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours available. Drivers have access to delivery technology intended to support safe, efficient deliveries. Promotional opportunities include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager roles. The position involves driving and customer deliveries as well as in-store duties such as preparing pizzas, handling ingredients and equipment, stocking, cleaning, and answering phones.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
Must pass a background check.
Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
Must have good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses in the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
Must be able to perform the physical duties described, including walking, carrying, climbing stairs, driving, bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands and wrists.
Must have the vision and hearing abilities described for in-store work and driving, including far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products safely within the designated delivery area, making multiple deliveries per shift as needed.
Use safe driving practices and navigate to customer addresses using maps and other navigation tools.
Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, including navigating stairs and other terrain.
Perform in-store tasks such as assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, and answering phones.
Follow directives and quality-control standards and provide excellent customer service.
