About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The role involves taking and processing orders, providing excellent customer service, handling monetary transactions, and completing other in-store tasks. Shifts are flexible, with short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours available. The franchisee makes all employment decisions, including hiring, compensation, benefits, staffing, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent reaching and hand use, and bending and occasional climbing.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone; near- and mid-range vision and depth perception for most in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities
