About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The position offers flexible scheduling and a choice of short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Team members take and process orders, provide customer service, handle money, and perform other in-store tasks. The role may involve working alone or with others and completing repetitive tasks while meeting quality standards. Work conditions include exposure to varying or adverse weather when taking out trash or doing other outdoor tasks; temperatures ranging from about 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some work areas; food odors and cornmeal dust; compact work areas; hot surfaces and tools, including ovens reaching 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges; and moving mechanical parts. Physical tasks include handling deliveries, bending, reaching, using hands continuously, and occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder. The posting also describes vision and hearing needs, including far and night vision for driving.
