About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a store in Osceola, Arkansas. The position offers flexible scheduling, with short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours available. Team members take and process orders, provide customer service, and perform store tasks while following directives and quality-control standards. The role requires working independently and with others, handling repetitive tasks, and making sound decisions under stress. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work well under stress.
• Ability to meet strict quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties described in the posting.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone; depth perception and near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow directives and strict quality-control standards.
• Make correct monetary change and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Perform repetitive tasks and work independently or collaboratively while making good judgments and decisions.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck; lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Stock ingredients and shelves, clean work areas, and perform other assigned store tasks.
• Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for tasks such as changing sign prices, washing walls, and maintenance.
• Handle pizza preparation tools and supplies, including shaping dough, using a pizza peel and rolling cutter, and assembling pizza boxes.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks when needed.
