About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated delivery area using their own vehicles. Drivers receive hourly wages, tips, and adjustable mileage reimbursement for fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Drivers can choose their schedules, with flexible short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours available. Drivers use delivery technology intended to make deliveries safer and more efficient. Promotional opportunities may include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
- Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
- Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses in the delivery area.
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
- Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
- Must be able to perform the physical duties described, including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, bending, reaching, and using hands continuously.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and deliver products within the designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
- Travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customers’ locations, carrying pizzas and beverages and navigating stairs or other terrain.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow directives and quality-control standards.
- Navigate to customer addresses using maps and other navigational skills.
- Perform in-store tasks as needed, including pizza assembly, stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, and answering phones.
