About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated area using their own vehicles. Drivers choose a schedule that fits their needs, with part-time and full-time shifts available. Drivers typically average over $20 per hour through wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Mileage reimbursement is adjustable to help cover fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Drivers use delivery technology intended to support safe, efficient deliveries. The role may offer promotional opportunities, including Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a background check.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
Must have good navigation skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
Must be able to perform the described physical activities, including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.
Must have the vision and hearing abilities described for in-store tasks and driving, including far and night vision.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas and beverages from the store to customers within the designated delivery area.
Drive safely and make multiple deliveries during a shift as needed.
Use navigational skills, maps, and addresses to find customer locations.
Provide excellent customer service and follow directives and quality-control standards.
Carry products while walking and climbing, including stairs and potentially five or more flights.
Perform assigned in-store tasks as needed, including assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, answering phones, and handling pizza tools and boxes.
Work independently and with others, manage stress, perform repetitive tasks, and make sound decisions.
