About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store in Selmer, Tennessee. The position offers short or long shifts, flexible scheduling, and part-time or full-time hours. Representatives take and process orders, provide customer service, and perform a variety of in-store tasks. The posting describes physical tasks such as unloading and stocking deliveries, preparing pizzas, cleaning, and using kitchen equipment. Promotional opportunities may include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. The store is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which alone makes employment decisions and is the employer if the applicant is hired.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, provide customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stock items on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including frequent reaching and hand use, bending, occasional crouching, and infrequent stair or ladder use.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone, depth perception, near- and mid-range vision, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders verbally, in writing, and by telephone.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Make accurate monetary change and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, and work independently and with others.
• Meet quality control standards and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and lift and stock cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare pizzas and use kitchen tools and equipment, including a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
• Clean work areas and perform other in-store tasks, including occasional maintenance and sign-price changes.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
