About The Position

Domino’s is seeking friendly, dependable Delivery Drivers to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role pays $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided.

Drivers deliver products by car and to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area, and may deliver flyers and door hangers. They may make several deliveries per shift. In addition to delivery work, drivers assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. The position involves carrying pizzas and beverages, walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and may require climbing five or more flights of stairs.

The work includes frequent reaching and hand use, occasional crouching or squatting, and repeated forward bending. Drivers may encounter varying or adverse weather while delivering, driving, and distributing coupons. Far and night vision are needed for driving. Qualified applicants with criminal histories are considered in accordance with New Jersey and Philadelphia fair-chance laws; any background check takes place only after a conditional offer, with written permission, and includes an individualized assessment. Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license for at least two years.
• Meet the company’s driver eligibility requirements and insurance standards following a motor vehicle record review.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
• Be able to carry pizzas and beverages, walk between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and climb stairs as required.
• Have far vision and night vision for driving.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
