About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role includes delivering orders by car to customers, delivering flyers and door hangers, and assisting with in-store tasks such as taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Drivers process payments and handle cash, verify orders before leaving the store, and follow traffic laws, food safety standards, and company procedures. Training is provided; delivery experience is not required.

The position involves driving within a designated delivery area and may include multiple deliveries per shift. Drivers travel between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, carrying pizzas and beverages and navigating varied sites, including multi-story buildings and stairs. Work may involve changing or adverse weather. The job also entails frequent reaching and hand use, bending, occasional crouching or squatting, and using pizza-preparation tools and other equipment.

Pay is $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. Health insurance and a 401(k) are available subject to eligibility and plan terms. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be possible based on performance, training, and available positions. Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Motor vehicle record review meeting the company’s insurance standards; review occurs after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate varied terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including carrying, walking, driving, and potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs.
