About The Position

Domino’s is seeking friendly, dependable Delivery Drivers to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may also assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Advancement to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions. The job requires access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration. Drivers deliver within a designated area, may make several deliveries per shift, and may deliver flyers and door hangers. The role involves carrying food and beverages, walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs. Work may involve varying and sometimes adverse weather, and requires far and night vision for driving. In-store work includes repeated bending, occasional crouching or squatting, continuous reaching and hand use, and frequent forceful use of the forearms and wrists. Team members may use pencils or pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, a pizza cutter, and a pizza peel. Driver eligibility includes a motor vehicle record review after a conditional offer and with written permission. Background checks, when applicable, are also conducted after a conditional offer and with written permission, with an individualized assessment.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license for at least two years.
Provide access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards.
Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites while carrying products.
Have far vision and night vision for driving.
