About The Position

Peak Prospects LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver packages safely and reliably to homes and businesses in the West Chester and Greater Cincinnati area. Drivers work independently on assigned routes while receiving a company vehicle, training, equipment, and support from dispatch and management. This active role involves spending much of the shift on the road and moving throughout the day. Drivers represent Peak Prospects professionally while wearing an Amazon-branded uniform. Drivers are employed by Peak Prospects LLC, an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner, not by Amazon. The position is offered full-time and part-time at the Florence, Kentucky location. The schedule is four days per week with scheduled 10-hour shifts starting at 10:40 AM, and availability to work one weekend day each week is required. Routes may occasionally be completed before the scheduled shift ends. Starting pay is $24.25 per hour, with compensation listed as up to $24.25 per hour. The position is permanent.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be reliable and have a history of good attendance.
Must be comfortable operating and driving a company cargo van independently.
Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to enter and exit a delivery vehicle 200 or more times per day.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Must be comfortable using a smartphone, GPS navigation, and Amazon’s delivery app.
Must be able to complete all necessary onboarding requirements.
Must be available to work one weekend day each week.

Responsibilities

Drive an Amazon-branded delivery van to deliver packages to homes and businesses across the region.
Work independently while following an assigned delivery route.
Use Amazon’s delivery app to navigate the route and complete deliveries.
Follow safe driving practices and company performance and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, managers, and Amazon personnel.
Load and deliver packages of varying sizes and weights throughout the route.
Represent Peak Prospects professionally while wearing an Amazon-branded uniform.
