About The Position

Key Auto Group is hiring a Dealership Sales Manager for Key Ford of Hazelton. The role focuses on building customer relationships, leading and developing the sales team, driving day-to-day dealership business, and supporting vehicle inventory and department expense management. The Sales Manager works with the General Manager to plan and manage inventory, leads customer negotiations, analyzes business metrics, and takes action to improve performance. Requirements

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and support the sales process.
Build customer trust and develop a strong network of clientele and prospects.
Train and support sales staff and assist with closing deals.
Facilitate regular sales training to support team growth.
Set a clear vision and goals for targeted sales performance.
Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and standard processes.
Drive business through active involvement in day-to-day operations.
Lead negotiations and ensure customers understand vehicle purchase options and pricing.
Partner with the General Manager to plan and manage vehicle inventory.
Assist in managing controllable expenses for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
Analyze business metrics, resolve shortfalls, and implement action plans to improve performance.
