About The Position

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to build enriching relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support the sales process.
Build trust with customers and develop a strong network of clientele and prospects.
Train and support sales staff and assist with closing deals.
Conduct regular sales training to support team growth.
Set a clear vision and goals for sales performance.
Engage and motivate the team to meet key goals, performance expectations, and standard processes.
Drive business through active involvement in day-to-day operations.
Lead negotiations and ensure customers understand vehicle purchase options and pricing.
Partner with the General Manager to plan and manage vehicle inventory.
Help manage controllable expenses for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
Analyze business metrics, address shortfalls, and implement action plans to improve performance.
