Dealer Services Specialist II - Manheim PA
About The Position
Cox Automotive is hiring a Dealer Services Specialist II to work at Manheim in Pennsylvania. The role serves as a primary contact for dealer clients, building relationships and providing consultative support throughout the auction and vehicle sales process. It also supports sale-day activities, offers guidance on vehicle pricing, valuations, and reconditioning opportunities, and coordinates with internal teams to prepare vehicles for auction. The position is onsite at a specified Cox location, has a day shift, and requires approximately 5% travel. The hourly base pay range is $20.10–$30.10, with possible additional commission or incentive compensation. Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of related customer service, sales support, automotive, auction, or dealership experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer clients.
