About The Position

This position is responsible for working closely with accounts to coordinate vehicles and/or other units for sale, review work performed, ensure appropriate & timely sale line-up, and ensure effective operational flow. This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be the go-to person for our dealer clients, making sure their auction experience is smooth, professional, and maybe even a little fun. Think of yourself as the pit crew for their auction day — keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.
The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership and/or service department experience.
Previous experience in sales support role.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days
Promoting Manheim’s awesome products and services
Helping dealers get vehicles ready for auction
Negotiating bids, consulting on pricing, and offering reconditioning advice
