About The Position

Ashley Furniture is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead distribution center operations in a fast-paced environment. The supervisor coaches frontline associates, manages staffing and workflows, resolves operational issues, champions safety, monitors performance metrics, and maintains communication between leadership and the floor. The role is based in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material-handling equipment in operation. It may involve extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and requires personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The environment is fast-paced and time- and safety-sensitive, with shift schedules that may support production and distribution needs.

Requirements

At least 1 year in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience in distribution or warehouse environments.
