About The Position

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead a team and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The role is scheduled for the weekend second shift, Friday through Monday, from 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The supervisor will support efficient warehouse operations, develop employees through training and coaching, maintain work quality and customer service, and carry out continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel; handle or manage tools or equipment; and tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
