About The Position

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and help the team deliver strong performance and customer service. The role involves scheduling, supervising, training and coaching team members, monitoring work quality, communicating across teams, and implementing continuous improvement plans. The position is scheduled for a weekend second shift, Friday through Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including overhead, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
