About The Position

The Bilingual Operations Supervisor provides daily operational leadership to team members while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. The role supports warehouse operations at the Chattanooga, Tennessee facility, including safety compliance, performance management, process improvement, and achievement of customer care and production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to work second-shift hours, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and overtime as required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; must be fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Data-entry and computer skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture and ensure team members follow company and regulatory safety standards.
• Apply core business technologies and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and best practices across operations.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
• Ensure personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and workload expectations.
• Manage and allocate resources to meet daily production and operational goals.
• Oversee operational workflows to ensure alignment with service level agreements.
• Monitor and validate operational performance to ensure quality standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to support team member development and accountability.
• Assist with planning, reporting, and budget-related activities as needed.
