About The Position

Ferguson is hiring a DC Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and a team of direct reports. The role coordinates receiving, storage, inventory and quality control, spare-part distribution, and component-part support while ensuring materials are stored safely and accurately. The supervisor trains, coaches, and mentors associates, schedules warehouse maintenance repairs, and helps develop equipment replenishment plans. The position requires adherence to company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements, as well as regular and reliable attendance. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services.
Coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare-part distribution, and component-part support.
Ensure the safe and accurate storage of materials.
Provide daily supervision to direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
Schedule repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts.
Assist in developing replenishment plans for equipment.
Adhere to company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
