About The Position

LOT Commercial Property Services is hiring a part-time Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of a commercial property at 8110 Mira Mesa Blvd., San Diego, California. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Pay is $18.25 per hour, paid weekly. The role involves working independently outdoors and on your feet, regularly walking the property and providing friendly customer service. Requirements

• Communicate in English or Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris such as stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to a supervisor.
• Use required safety equipment.
