About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Database Administrator for a fixed-duration, project-based assignment. The role is onsite Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The Database Administrator will design, implement, and maintain databases; install database management systems; develop routine maintenance procedures; and resolve database-related issues. The role also involves serving as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing a team, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging across multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and solving problems within and across teams. The administrator will develop and enforce database policies and procedures to protect data integrity and security, analyze database performance metrics and make improvements, support cross-functional database requirements, troubleshoot issues, and automate routine maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will stay informed about emerging database technologies and recommend adoption where it can improve current systems.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL Database.
- High school diploma or GED.
