About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Scrum Master for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role enables a software development team to function effectively using Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master coaches and mentors teams, removes obstacles, facilitates Agile ceremonies, tracks progress through metrics, and promotes continuous improvement and delivery quality. The position also coordinates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support alignment, transparency, and successful project delivery. The client requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in Agile Scrum Project Management.
High school diploma or GED.
Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management.
Onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management, Scrum, Agile Process Coaching, and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor the Scrum Team or Teams.
Remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and report progress through appropriate metrics.
Take responsibility for team decisions, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing Agile best practices to enhance productivity and delivery quality.
Facilitate open communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Analyze team performance metrics to address challenges and optimize workflows.
Share knowledge and encourage team members to adopt Agile principles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, resolve dependencies, and support project delivery.
