About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Business Analyst for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role analyzes organizations, assesses business models and their integration with technology, and designs processes and systems. The analyst assesses current-state operations, identifies customer requirements, defines future states and business solutions, and researches and synthesizes information to support decisions. The position requires expert proficiency in Agile Business Analysis. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders and teams, contributes to key decisions, takes responsibility for team decisions, and provides solutions to problems within and across teams. The role also develops process models and documentation, supports colleagues through knowledge sharing and guidance, contributes to continuous improvement of business analysis methods, and evaluates trends and tools that may improve analysis work. The client requires onsite work Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, reducing or eliminating travel demands.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Agile Business Analysis.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Expert proficiency in Agile Business Analysis.
- Ability to collaborate and manage a team effectively, engage multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy is suggested.
Responsibilities
