About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Database Administrator for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role is onsite Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The administrator will design, implement, and maintain databases, install database management systems, develop routine maintenance procedures, and resolve database-related issues. The role also involves acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating across teams, and contributing to team decisions and solutions. The Database Administrator will establish policies and procedures to protect data integrity and security, analyze performance metrics and improve efficiency, support cross-functional database requirements, troubleshoot issues, and automate routine maintenance. The employee will also monitor emerging database technologies and recommend potential improvements to existing systems.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Database.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL Database is required.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Database Management, Database Optimization, Tuning, Database Performance Management, and Database Activity Monitoring is suggested.
Responsibilities
