About The Position
Accenture Flex is offering a local, fixed-duration, project-based Business Analyst role supporting client business transformation. The role analyzes organizations and designs processes and systems, assesses business models and their integration with technology, and translates current-state findings and customer requirements into future-state processes and business solutions. The analyst researches and synthesizes information to support decisions, creates process models and documentation, and works with stakeholders and teams to align business needs with technology solutions. The position requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, with local project work intended to reduce or eliminate travel.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Agile Business Analysis.
- Expert proficiency in Agile Business Analysis.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
- Analyze organizations and design business processes and systems.

- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop comprehensive process models and documentation for business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technology solutions.
- Share knowledge with and guide less experienced colleagues on complex analysis tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies.
- Evaluate emerging trends and tools to improve business process and requirements analysis.
