About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Scrum Master for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role enables software development teams to function effectively using Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master coaches and mentors Scrum teams, removes obstacles, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and identifies and reports progress using appropriate metrics. The role also involves taking responsibility for team decisions, contributing to decisions across multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems within and across teams. The Scrum Master drives continuous improvement, promotes communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, analyzes team performance metrics to address challenges and optimize workflows, supports team members’ professional growth, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to align goals and resolve dependencies. This role requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, with work in the employee’s local metro area and significantly reduced or eliminated travel. Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in Agile Scrum Project Management.
High school diploma or GED.
Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management.

Nice To Haves

Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management, Scrum, Agile Process Coaching, Agile Methods, and ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested.

Responsibilities

Enable software development teams to function effectively using Agile methodologies.
Coach and mentor Scrum team members.
Remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and report progress through appropriate metrics.
Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Identify and implement Agile best practices to improve team productivity and delivery quality.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
Analyze team performance metrics to address challenges and optimize workflows.
Support the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge and encouraging adoption of Agile principles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve dependencies.
