Responsibilities

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, pain points, and goals, and translate these into actionable requirements for the data team.
• Create and maintain documentation of requirements, processes, decisions, and data workflows.
• Identify data quality issues, including duplicates, missing values, and inconsistent formatting, and support cleaning and standardizing datasets.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, including Data Scientists, Enterprise Architects, and Engineers.
• Validate cleaned and transformed data against business requirements before it is used in reporting or architecture work.
• Identify recurring data issues or documentation gaps and recommend process improvements to prevent them.
• Assist with building simple reports or summaries to help stakeholders and leadership track data quality and project progress.
