About The Position

The Requirements Analyst serves as a link between mission customers and the teams that build their IT solutions. The role elicits, documents, and manages IT requirements so implementation teams can deliver what customers need. Work is on-site in Fort Meade, Maryland, and applicants must live within commuting distance. Regular on-site attendance is required; limited telework may be allowed for some roles, but the position is not fully remote. Applicants must currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Ctrl+ does not sponsor new clearances or upgrades.

Requirements

• Experience in requirements analysis or systems engineering on programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
• Requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
• Experience with requirements tracking tools and templates.
• Statistical reporting skills.
• Customer liaison and communication skills.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Live within commuting distance of Fort Meade, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze IT requirements from customers.
• Document requirements in ticketing systems and templates.
• Review requirements for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare requirement status updates and formal reviews.
• Verify regulatory and administrative compliance.
• Report on progress and write technical documentation.
