About The Position

DashMart is a DoorDash-owned and operated local-fulfillment center where team members fulfill customer orders in a physical store for delivery by Dashers. The team member picks and packs orders placed through the DoorDash app, hands completed orders to Dashers, stocks and manages inventory and product shelf life, and keeps the warehouse clean and organized. The role also involves confirming customer approval for substitutions. DashMart operates early and late, with some locations open 24/7. Morning, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available; the posting also identifies part-time shifts.

The listed base pay is $15.65 per hour, with a $2 pay increase for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Compensation may depend on skills, relevant experience, and work location. Requirements

• Be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas, with or without accommodation.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities
